From Notting Hill Gate station, take the Circle or District line two stops to Paddington, then swap to the Bakerloo line for one stop to Warwick Avenue. The journey takes about 15 minutes. You can also catch the 52 bus north along Ladbroke Grove towards Kensal Rise — get off at Shirland Road. On foot, it is a 25-minute walk north up Ladbroke Grove.
