Salsa Classes in London — Every Monday
Changó's weekly Monday night — Crossbody and Cali Salsa classes, plus social dancing, at The Amadeus.
Every Monday at The Amadeus in Maida Vale, we run a Crossbody Salsa class from 7–8pm, a Cali Salsa class from 8–9pm, and social dancing from 9–10.30pm. Come for one class, both, or just the social — it is all part of the same night.
Mondays at Changó are built for learning and dancing together — a relaxed, weekly rhythm rather than a one-off night out. Whether you are brand new to salsa or brushing up your Cali style, there is a class pitched at your level every week.
Our Monday nights attract complete beginners, improvers, and experienced Crossbody and Cali-style dancers alike. No partner needed — come solo or bring friends, and you will always find someone to practise with.
The Amadeus sits on Shirland Road in Maida Vale, West London, just a 5-minute walk from Warwick Avenue station. The venue has a spacious wooden dance floor with a proper sound system — plenty of room to learn and to dance.
Changó's Monday classes are run by dancers who care about teaching Crossbody and Cali style properly, then giving you the chance to actually use it on the social floor straight after. It is the easiest way to go from your first steps to your first proper night out dancing salsa.

Part Of Cali Beat
Changó is brought to you by Cali Beat a salsa school based in Chiswick, W4. We teach courses in both Crossbody and Cali salsa. For more info click below.

See our events section for the current price — it covers both classes and the social dancing.
Comfortable clothing you can move in and smooth-soled shoes work best. Avoid trainers with sticky rubber soles — they make it hard to spin on the dance floor.
